What is a cloud kitchen?
A cloud kitchen is a delivery-only kitchen that prepares food exclusively for online orders. We don’t have a dine-in space — all our dishes are freshly made, packed, and delivered straight to your doorstep.
What kind of products do you offer?
We offer a variety of homemade-style frozen snacks including Kabab, Samosas, Nuggets, Cutlets and Fries — all made with love and care. Each item is prepared from quality ingredients and blast-frozen to lock in freshness.
Are your products fully cooked or raw?
Our products are partially cooked and ready to fry or air-fry. You just need a few minutes of cooking time to enjoy crispy, hot, and fresh snacks at home!
Do you use preservatives?
No preservatives here! ❌
We use the blast-freezing method to naturally preserve the taste, texture, and freshness of every bite without any harmful additives.
How long can I store your products?
Our frozen snacks can be safely stored in your freezer at -18°C for up to 3 months. Always check the expiry date printed on the packaging before use.
How long will delivery take?
•Delivery time depends on order size & items availability.
𝗮. 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆:
•Available for 𝙞𝙣 𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙘𝙠 items only & delivered same day in 2 to 3 hours after order confirmation.
•Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed for next-day delivery.
𝗯. 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆:
•Any order with 𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙘𝙠 items automatically scheduled for Later delivery & delivered in next 2 to 3 days after order confirmation (depending on order size).
What are your delivery Charges?
Rs 150/- flat delivery charges in Faisalabad.
Where do you guys deliver?
At the moment, we deliver only within Faisalabad city to ensure our products reach you in perfect frozen condition. We’re working on expanding soon — stay tuned!
What is the minimum order value?
Our minimum order value is Pkr 1,200/- and we offer free delivery on orders above Pkr 4,000/-. You can check your delivery eligibility during checkout.
How do you ensure food safety and hygiene?
We follow approved safety standards, maintain strict hygiene in our kitchen, and monitor our staff regularly to ensure your order is prepared by healthy individuals.The Kitchen floor , Cabinets and preparation Slabs are cleaned around the Clock to ensure every order is prepared in a neat & tidy environment to make sure every bite you eat is clean, safe, and fresh.

Can I return or exchange a product?
Because our snacks are frozen and perishable, returns or exchanges aren’t accepted. But if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours — we’ll happily sort it out for you. 💛
What are Plate Party Points? How do you earn and redeem them?
Plate Party Points are Reward points which you earn by Shopping on our website.
For every 100 rupees you spend on our website as a register user, you will earn
1 Plate Party point.
You can redeem them at the point of
Checkout. Please note that points cannot be redeemed against Delivery charges.
